The White House delivers weapons to the Syrian rebels of whom the majority are Al-Qaeda. This naturally means that the White House is getting Al-Qaeda into office in Syria if they succeed.

Aiding the enemy, 10 U.S.C. § 904, art. 104
Providing material to foreign terrorists, 18 U.S.C. § 2339B

TRUMP'S SYRIA STRIKE
Trump launched his military strike against a Syrian airbase without Congress approval, killing 9 servicemen and 5 civilians. New York Times: “It is in this vital national security interest of the United States to prevent and deter the spread and use of deadly chemical weapons”, Trump says in above article, while US experts have contradicted that: had there actually been chemical weapons on the airbase, Trump's bombs would have gassed the entire region, including the claimed victimized village. 

US CONSTITUTION, ARTICLE 1
The president can not decide to launch a military strike against another nation, only Congress has that power. Violation of the first article of the constitution is an impeachable offense.
