The video documentation above is made by fmr. Governor of Minnesota Jesse Ventura about the new emergency camps, which he documents already contain families with children behind barbed wire. Signs outside of the camps inform us that it is unlawful to give those living there 'instruments that can be used to escape'. Those in charge of the facilities cannot explain why people are locked up there, or who they are.
